It wqas quite windy for most of the time we were there, Lynette. But that didn’t stop us wandering the sands, or a small party of surfers enjoying the waves!

I always take opportunities to walk on the beach, even if the weather is less than ideal. I always feel better and sleep better too. That sea-level, ocean air. 🙂

I was fortunate to spend some years as a child living literally on the edge of a cliff (our door was just 5 feet from the edge). I used to walk to school along the beach. Rarely wore shoes. It was wonderful, and I think the sea is now in my blood.
