These pictures are here for your entertainment, joy, and, if you wish, inspiration to create something with words or images. Whether that results in a poem, story, play, novel, memory, essay, painting, drawing, sculpture, or another photograph is entirely up to you. But don’t feel obliged: you can simply enjoy the pictures. I’ve deliberately left the image untitled here to avoid directing anyone, but, if you feel the need to know, you’ll find the original with its title, here on my Picfair site.
If you create something from the pictorial prompt, I’d love to know. You’re welcome to post a link to your work in the comments section, or the work itself, if you wish. If you use my image in your own work, I’d appreciate a credit in the form of a link to this post. That way, more people will see both our work.
The idea here is to have some fun and get our work known as widely as possible.
New to my website? Here’s the history of these daily picture posts. I began the series at the start of the Covid pandemic in the UK. I wanted to give some pleasure in the outdoors to people confined to their homes by illness. Once the infection rate calmed here, I continued it simply to spread joy and pleasure by sharing my images. This new direction seems an obvious move for me as a writer who gleans as much pleasure from words as from pictures. From time to time, I may include something I’ve written inspired by the image.
If you’re interested, you can view more of my pictures in my Gallery and beyond.
I saw three wise men and they were not the ones you are thinking about. These are ones that grant wishes and make you feel good; They are nearing their time to leave, but have one more wish to grant. All you have to do is ask! Thanks for posting.

Ah, the genies of the lamp, Brenda. Yes, I can see them, too! Hope your wish comes true!

Yes, there’s definitely an alien aspect to this one, Joni. One of several pictures I took of the same tree.

It is wild the faces we can find in trees. Completely wild. Great shots of all kinds and types of trees from you my friend.
Hugs to you two. 🤗❤️🦋

I know there’s a critter in this photo. There has to be!
