Interesting! One large wood shutter and right beside it a small window. I am not going to try to figure out the how or why. Just enjoy the contrast of the building material and the stark difference of the shutter. The lamp post is an interesting addition. thanks for posting.

Yes, Brenda. It was the mixture of artefacts that caught my attention. I also like the woven fence against the hedge. This was taken in a place called Port Grimaud, a sanctuary for the famous and wealthy, quite close to St Tropez in the South of France.
