I too take pictures of doors. There is something intriguing about them.

They are very interesting, the older ones more so. There is beauty in age.

The windows are backed by equally old wooden shutter, Brenda. I can’t recall which of the Greek islands this was taken on, but I think it was probably Crete, as, if you look closely at the top left window pane, and the one below, you’ll see the reflection of a ruined stone temple, which I think may be in the ancient city of Knossos.

Old is the operative word. It makes me wonder what is behind that window! The stones that the wall is constructed from look massive and rough-hewn with a concrete-like covering. Thanks for posting.
