This project shares our world’s natural beauty with everyone confined indoors due to Covid-19.

The more people who share these posts on social media with their friends and followers, the more people we’ll reach. It’ll also show them our wonderful world. Maybe, between us, we can restore some love and respect for nature and slow down the damage we inflict every day on our environment. Thank you.

Thanks for that introduction, Lynette. That guy can photograph wildlife! A real talent coupled with an eye for the picture. Wonderful.

Thanks Stuart. I made a mistake, though. I really wanted to know where the last photo was taken, but failed in my first attempt. 😉

And have failed in placing the comment, as well. I think I’ll keep my comments to myself for the rest of the evening. 😉

Easily done, Lynette!
Re the picture. It was taken on a boat trip along the coast of the Greek island of Crete. The building is a castle at Rethymnon.

Even now, 9 years after it was taken, I can feel the warm evening air, hear the Greek music, taste that delicious Greek food, Lynette. Ah, the power of the image, eh?

Where was the second photo taken, Stuart?

The picture of the frost fringed leaf was taken in a place we call the ‘wallow’, the floor of a valley in the forest where the boar sometimes to go to bathe in the mud. The brook flows through there and overflows its banks in this part, Lynette. It’s a very muddy route, and not many people use it, so it’s a favourite diversion for us.
