There’s a view I could watch all day. And then explore the Acropolis!

There’s a steep climb, up many steps, to get up the Acropolis. You can take a donkey, if you wish. We walked. The view from the top is spectacular, and the restoration work done on the acropolis itself is very well done.

Thank you, Joni. The walk followed a short ride in a glass-bottomed boat from Pefkos. The skipper stopped the boat at one point and indicated the rocks we could see through the bottom of the boat. He then proceeded to tell us that ‘hundreds’ of boats had sunk in the spot! Greek humour, eh?
