I went swimming at a beach like that in Wales many years ago – the water was delightful!

This was taken in late September, Noelle, and although the sun was shining, the wind was very strong, the sea water too cold to attract me!

I swam in August and was surprised to find the water warm – from the Gulf stream.

Believe it or not, Noelle, in spite of the photographs, we had very strong wind, and some rain, but never temperatures enough to remove warm clothing!
