Progress on the WIP: #SciFi in the Making.

More movement! The first content edit is now complete up to Chapter 25, meaning I’ve 49,560 words, an increase of 17,481 since the last report. I hope to have even greater progress to report next week, now I’ve had an opportunity to properly set-up my new PC, and dealt with the basic stuff for the new website I’m setting up for a local charity.

There’s still some catching up to do. Emails requiring more than passing attention. Updating the Writing Competitions table. Continued reorganisation of pictures into more sensible folders, and the continued development of that new website. But I feel better about moving forward with the book. The story’s continuing to develop and grow, and I’m enjoying the process.

Lots of things to look forward to this year. Much of it creative. So, I’m feeling quite upbeat.

The restoration of those files reminded me of work I’d completely neglected: stories and even novels I’d forgotten! So, lots of stuff to explore and develop in the coming months. For now, I’m concentrating on the last book in the Generation Mars series. It’s shaping up well; could be the best of the series when finished.
