Daily posts on our beautiful world are hard to sustain if I’m to get on with my normal writing, so I’ve opted for a weekly one, though I also post a simple picture to Twitter each day, using the hashtag #ourworldiswonderful, join me if you wish. Sometimes, my posts on here will include words. I hope you’ll continue to comment, like, and share so we can spread the joy of natural beauty to as many people as possible. It just might persuade some to join the cause and to fight the coming climate emergency and species extinction.

Thank you, Lynette. Our daughter was working as a courier for a holiday company while at university. She was posted to this island, Thassos, and so we took a holiday there to spend some time with her. This was taken as we were sharing drinks at a harbourside cocktail bar she had discovered.
