Can’t come soon enough for me, Lynette! I expect that’s true for you, too.

Beautiful photograph Stuart. I wouldn’t have guessed that it was the same body of water as the ones with the beautiful Lilly pads. Either way it is gorgeous both ways. 🤗❤️

Thanks, Joni. The picture was taken from a spot that’s not easy to reach, so I’ve only been in that precise location a couple of times. But it was worth the effort!

Well I saw that gorgeous nature shot and thought wow what a beautiful picnic spot. It just sort of calls to you! Beautiful Stuart. Hugs to you and Valerie ❤️

Yes, Joni. You could sit under the trees and watch the dragonflies busy above the water, the occasional bubbles released from underneath, and occasional ripples caused by one of the fish surfacing. It’s a peaceful place, so ripe for contemplation.

A lovely scene by a slow-moving river or a small pond with tall trees and either moss-covered ground or soft grass. I thought I saw a small animal or bird on one of the trees on the right side. Thanks for posting.

Small pond, Brenda. A local fishing club use it occasionally, but it is currently almost choked by water lilies, so doesn’t look so inviting. I suspect they’ll come and clean some of the plants out later to give the fish space! This was taken last year in the spring.
