They serve Guinness, Noelle. And lots of other drinks along with some lovely food.

This is truly lovely! It is typical English countryside and I love the stone walls and can see what I think is white sheep dotted in the pasture. The final aspect of the picture is the lovely river through the center of the picture. Thanks for posting.

Yes, Brenda, definitely sheep. The whole area of the Dales is sheep country, due to the climate and the nature of the hills. And the River Wharfe runs under a very old arched stone bridge; all very picturesque.

Thanks, Lynette. The Yorkshire Dales is considered by many to be the best walking country in Europe. We lived in the area for some years and my brother and his wife still live on the edge of the National Park. It’s a beautiful place to walk.

There’s a lovely pub down in the valley, where we have spent a few nights over the years, Noelle. It’s a lovely place to walk from.

Ooh, I’d love the pub after a nice walk. I’m particularly fond of Guinness!
