   1. The buildings lining the River Arno as it flows through Florence are mostly old and elegant, just a few more modern hotels, but even they are in character, Noelle.

3. I’ve got it this time, and it is lovely. A pretty canoe on the river with the buildings mirrored in the water, and of course muted. Great contrast. Thanks for posting.

   1. Thanks, Lynette. This was one of those serendipity shots. I was looking out of our hotel bedroom window after a long walk and spotted this guy approaching. On another day, we saw the same man in a different part of the river. He was obviously a regular user.
