1. This one puzzled me and I looked at it for quite a while, and could not tell how big it was, without anything to compare it to. Thanks for the explanation. It is quite interesting, although I usually do not get excited about abstract sculptures. Thanks for posting.

4. A beach sculpture of a shell? Very interesting! I enlarged your picture a lot to try to get the details, but as Mick would say, no satisfaction. Is it in parts or is it in a contiguous whole?

   1. It’s a memorial to fishermen lost at sea on the east coast of England, Lynette. It appears to be pieces that have ben welded together. Steel by the look of it. It stands quite high; my memory is of something taller than me, probably standing around 6 feet or a little more.
