Thanks, Noelle. It’s our most regular route into the forest, just at the top of the public footpath leading up from our short road into the trees.

That is a beautiful shot my friend. Another beautiful photograph. I am going to bed it is 2:30 am and still trying to catch up. Sending love to you two. Hugs 🤗 Stuart

Thanks, Joni. You get yourself some sleep.
Valerie is always trying to ‘catch up’, too. I take a slightly different approach and do what I can and leave the rest!

You know it is funny because many of the people I follow blog everyday and I generally blog once a week. I really don’t like missing the posts of my blogging friends. However there are many people I follow that once you get into their actual site you can get lost for hours. I remember the first time I went into your gallery I don’t know how long I spent in there but I got lost in the beauty. I am masking up and getting my hair done in Raleigh today and I can’t wait. Valerie and you are both extremely hard workers. Love you two sweethearts. ❤️🤗😘🥰 Excited about your book coming out!!! You have accomplished so much.

I understand how you feel, Joni. It’s so tempting to explore those websites that catch your eye. I have to be really disciplined, otherwise I’d never get my own work done!
I’m currently beta reading a novel by another witter – fascinating stuff – but it’s a task that needs completing in as few sessions as possible and as quickly as I can manage, as the writer is waiting for my response before he continues work. Two thirds fo the way through, but needed a short break. Back to it now.
You keep safe and enjoy your trip out.

Wow that is very gracious of you Stuart. I honestly don’t know how you are not needing a break after your own publication and the editing required from your publisher. You are very kind my friend. You are right about the sites. There is a lot of talent out there. Thank you I am looking forward to my outing. Hugs to you both ❤️❤️

One thing I really like about the writing community, Joni, is the way we’re all so willing to help each other. Have fun today.

Beautiful! Looks so much like my favourite trails near Penticton.

Not long now before you’ll be walking those trails, Lynette.

Always love a walk in the woods. In a few weeks here in the desert of AZ we will all be longing for the cool shade of your woods. Thanks for posting.

You’re very welcome, Brenda. We’re currently going through an unusually wet and cool May here, so some of your heat would be welcome just now!
There’s no doubt in my mind that the climate emergency is already with us; so much climatic disruption all over the world cannot be mere coincidence.
