Today’s Pictures: 30 Dec 20

In spite of the December chill, the forest manages to retain the warmth of the russet autumn leaves still carpeting the floor.

The more people who share this post on social media, the more it will let those stuck indoors due to Covid 19, enjoy it. And it’ll reach more people to show them our wonderful world. Maybe, between us, we’ll restore some love and respect for nature and slow down the damage to our environment. Thank you.

A summer reminder as we gaze across the sea to the cliffs of Dorset.
A faint mist arises as the day comes to a close after a walk in the forest.

  2. Beautiful Stuart, the forest is starting to feel a bit like my forest as well. Sending Hugs and love to ya’ll. We are almost at the new year. Sending wishes of brighter days ahead to you and Valerie and all of our world. Hugs, Joni

    1. Thanks, Joni. The top photo shows a path that’s a favourite of Valerie’s. We always refer the route as ‘Valerie’s Dell’ as it’s a place we found early on in our stay here and one we visit frequently for its tranquillity.
