Today’s Pictures: 25 Dec 20 Xmas Day

Sunny morning valley

The more people who share this post on social media, the more it will let those who are stuck indoors, due to Covid 19, enjoy it. And it’ll reach more people to show them our wonderful world. Maybe, between us, we’ll restore some love and respect for nature and slow down the damage to our environment. Thank you.

A summer reminder as the sun sets over the Mediterranean Sea off the island of Crete. Taken July 2011.

Full of food?
Eaten well and full of fluid joy
presents opened paper strewn
Queenie on the telly
or that oft repeated film
feet up
relaxed
happy

I hope so, and wish you all the Season’s Greetings, whatever event you’re celebrating this day. May it bring you joy.

Someone clearly enjoys the season. This decorated tree is a long way from habitation in the Forest of Dean.

  1. We were offline yesterday too, internet was being finicky, so did fun things like making from scratch pizza just for hubby and me. Will be eating warmed up, pizza forever! But love it! Talked to kids on google chat and binge-watched Outlander. Today we celebrate hubby’s birthday and in a couple of days our anniversary (59) years. Glad yours was fun and relaxing too!

    1. In these strange times, technology has done us some favours, Brenda. Our daughter is in Australia, but we were able to chat with her and her fiancé on FaceTime, which brightened our day significantly.
Congrats on your anniversary: that’s some time spent together!

    1. Thank you, Lynette. We had a wonderful, long, peaceful walk yesterday, after a great chat with our daughter and her fiance on Facetime in Australia. I was offline all day. Hope you, Michael, and your guest had a good time.
