Today’s Pictures: 6 Dec 20

Winter stream in the Forest of dean.

Thanks for visiting this blog. Please be generous to those imprisoned by the Covid crisis by sharing this post widely with them on social media, so they can also enjoy it. It will then also reach more people and, hopefully, remind them what a wonderful place our world is. That might help restore some love and respect for nature and slow down our destructive urge to ruin the environment. Thank you.

    1. The stream is quite seasonal, Lynette; can run quite full after rain and almost dry up in warmer weather. It runs through and old, disused railway tunnel that is not accessible, and joins our village brook further down the valley. This little part has always struck me as attractive.
The shot of Crete was taken during an evening boat trip along the coast, with food served and Greek dancing. I loved the way the moon was visible in the early evening sky.
