Today’s Pictures: 2 July 20

A magnicent old Beech on the edge of a quarry in the Forest of Dean.

There are people all over the world who cannot get out and enjoy nature at present. Here, I’m trying to brighten the day for those people by posting pictures of natural beauty.

Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea as seen from the Acropolis at Lindos on Rhodes. Taken September 2010.

If you get pleasure from this, please share it, so others can enjoy it, too. Thank you.

    1. It’s a lovely old tree, isn’t it, Lynette. Probably around 200 years old. And the cicular harbour at Lindos is probably mostly natural and been in use for over 2000 years.
