A brief heads-up. I am in the process of moving house, in fact I’ve just packed the penultimate box and now await the arrival of the removal men and their van tomorrow. We should be in our new home on Wednesday, but no phone line of internet until Friday.

Because of this situation, I have suspended my running training and will hopefully recommence on Saturday.

I have also stopped work on the book for ME/CFS for the same reasons. But, again, I hope to be in a position to start work again in the very near future. I’ll keep you posted.
