Yes, Noelle, it was the bird resemblance that caught my eye as I walked the forest trail. But I hadn’t moved as far as to pick a species. I like your choice!

Beautiful piece of art work provided by the broken branch. How it has bleached to this white/ Grey colour. Did you bring it home. I am sure the tree survived and the roots gave life to more.

Thank you, Miriam. Difficult to know what became of the tree that provided this, as I couldn’t identify its origin. I left it where it lay, for others to see and for any wildlife to use as needed.
