Thanks, Lynette. And a practical application, too. The fresh herbs are used on their wonderful food!

Thanks, Joni. The food in the taverna was pretty good, too!

I truly hope I can visit some time. I have been telling Scott since we met that I wanted to go there. Perhaps some day. Sending love to you both. Joni ❤️🤗😘💕

We are lucky, Joni, in that our flights are generally only 3 to 4 hours. Yours will be much longer, and more expensive! But Greece is such a fascinating place, populated by friendly people, that it is worth the effort, always remembering of course that we need to reduce our number of flights if we’re to preserve our planet!

Absolutely!!! I couldn’t agree more. That is why we drive a tiny smart car. ❤️

That’s great, Joni. I’d love to have an electric car but here in UK they’re still too expensive and the infrastructure for charging the batteries is not yet good enough. But we have a small Nissan that’s very fuel efficient.

Thank you, Noelle. It was one of those ‘I have to picture that!’ moments.

What a beautiful blend of the old or near antique and the modern use of herbs fresh and not dried and crushed. Love the painting on the cart. Thanks for posting.

It was parked at the entrance to a taverna on Crete, where we had a rather lovely lunch, Brenda. Caught my eye at once.

Hi Brenda I have not been able to get one comment to go through on any of your blog post. I must have tried six last night and two so far today. It says error occurred while posting or something like that. Yours is the only one right now doing that. Sending my love through Stuart’s blog as I know we are all friends. Love you ❤️🤗😘Joni

I think Brenda’s site has some technical issues. She’s been trying to reblog my posts for a while now, but something stops it from happening!

I know I really like Brenda and I have met some talented people through her but I can’t do anything but like her posts. She is a very supportive friend. I hope she can get it worked out. Thanks for letting me know that it wasn’t just my sight. Love ❤️ Joni

She mentioned she’d been having some problems recently. A friend was supposed to be sorting them for her. Let’s hope that happens soon.

I hope she is able to sort it out. It is a very frustrating situation when you are unable to use all the tools of WordPress. Have a wonderful week. Hugs Joni
