‘I love walking because it clears your mind, enriches the soul, takes away stress, and opens up your eyes to a whole new world.’ Claudette Dudley
This project shares our world’s natural beauty with everyone confined indoors due to Covid-19.

The more people who share these posts on social media with their friends and followers, the more people we’ll reach. It’ll also show them our wonderful world. Maybe, between us, we can restore some love and respect for nature and slow down the damage we inflict every day on our environment. Thank you.

Yes!!! Love this, I agree- walking is such a calming, connecting, and creative experience. Sounds so simple and basic, but it’s not!!

I always return from our walks full of ideas for stories/poems. And, of course, I usually have a clutch of pictures on my camera, too! I agree, Avni, It’s a really creative means of experiencing the world.

Thank you, Victoria.
I agree about the quote. It encapsulates our feelings about our daily walks in the forest.

I can smell the fresh air in these photos, especially the first one: crisp, bracing, but not overly so, enough to make you enjoy a hot chocolate when you get home.

A hot drink after a walk in the winter air; always welcome, Lynette. The odd thing about the two winter shots is that they were taken within half an hour of each other, and only walking distance apart as covered in that time.
