Pictures to inspire words and images. Perhaps a poem, painting, story, play, novel, drawing, memoire, essay, sculpture, or a new photograph? Up to you. Or just enjoy the pictures. My images are untitled to avoid direction. But, if you want it, the title, not always helpful, is here.
Using the prompt? Post a link to your work, or the work itself, in the comments section, if you wish. If you post elsewhere, please link to this post, so more people see both our creations.
Get those creative juices flowing and have some fun.
Occasionally, inspired by the image, I’ll write here:

A beautiful picture. Maybe I can work that prompt into my NaNoWriMo tomorrow morning 🙂

That is a gorgeous shot! Forest of Dean?

Certainly is, Lynette. Couldn’t respond yesterday as we had a power cut for the whole of the day. Not the best day of the year (the coldest so far!) to be without heating, but we were better off than some other poor folk.
Our forest walk took us past three fallen trees, two of which made us change direction as they were across the path. The wind seems to have settled a little more this morning, and the sky is clear but for some light cloud, so looks like a better day.

Yes, I understand that a big storm came through? I hope you’re warmer and more comfortable today!

I was thinking of stained glass windows! Love the filtering of light behind the trees. Thanks for posting.

Could be the cover of a time-travel book or a book about aliens!
