So serene. Just dropped my BP buy several points just looking at it.

There is almost always some flooding, but not like on the East Coast. We desperately need rain, it appears that the West is in danger of burning up. There is always something good and bad in any area that you live in. Valerie sounds very patient. Thanks again for posting.

Sounds like more evidence of climate change. Greater extremes, more frequent occurrence of such events.
You’re right about the good and the bad in all areas, Brenda. We can only hope the good outweighs the bad, eh?

I very much like these moody photographs, and the sea in the background is a lovely part of that.

Thanks, Lynette. And thank you for continuing to repost these.
The narrow inlet shown here is on the Suffolk coast, and was taken on a walk along the sea wall, an elevated bank of soil that saves the low interior from potential flooding.

I always look forward to your posts, you pick the most unusual things to photograph. This one showing the amazing clouds forming so many visuals and with the promise of rain gives me hope that this year Arizona will see a real monsoon. thanks for posting.

Thanks, Brenda. I carry my camera, and more recently since my daughter bought me one for Xmas, a smart phone, so I’m always ready to picture anything that catches my eye. Fortunately, Valerie is remarkably patient with my habit of suddenly stopping on a walk, taking a couple of steps back, and taking a picture.
Let’s hope your wishes for some real rain come true, but without causing destructive flooding, eh?
