Today’s Pictures: 2 Apr 21

‘Some people walk in the rain, others just get wet.’
Roger Miller

Daily shots from our walks in the local forest will continue here for a short time. And I’ll add another from my collection of pictures to show more of the world and its wonders. But these posts take up valuable writing time, and can be an irritation to readers who follow my posts for information about my books and writing, so I will stop them eventually.
If shared on social media, more people will be able to enjoy the natural beauty of our world, so please do that if you can. Thank you. We might also restore a bit of love and respect for nature and help slow the damage we’ve inflicted on our world.

All photographs here are my own, unless otherwise credited. More of my pictures can be found here. And a small sample of my work lives under the ‘Gallery’ tab, top of this page.

    1. It was a touch of serendipity, Brenda, following a narrow path we hadn’t used fopr years and discovering this small open area. Lovely.
The Greek church is typical of the islands; they are ubiquitous!

    1. We came upon these after we followed a faint path we hadn’t tried before. We knew there was a path of sorts but hadn’t found it. Now the vegetation has died back more, we were able to follow it and found these lovely trees. Always worth exploring!
