Today’s Pictures: 26 Jan 21

‘A morning walk gives the body a chance to forgive the trials and tribulations of yesterday, to shed its rubbish and mental clutter.’     Terri Guillemets

The aim of this project is to share our world’s natural beauty with everyone confined indoors due to Covid-19.

No idea who made this little ‘un, but it made us smile as we walked the forest path.

The more people who share these posts on social media with friends and followers, the more people we’ll reach. It’ll also show them our wonderful world. Maybe, between us, we can restore some love and respect for nature and slow down the daily damage we inflict on our environment. Thank you.

  1. Stuart what an amazing picture. All are so beautiful but that ice, wow, that blue color is something else. I agree with us all being the best stewards to our beautiful world too. Great post my friend. ❤️

    1. Thanks, Brenda. The abstract is one of a series I’m doing on natural abstracts I come across on walks. There is, of course, a little manipulation of the image going on!
The tiny snowman was a delight. I posted it on my local FB group and it’s attracted a lot of attention, and the person responsible for making it identified himself, too.

    1. Thanks, Noelle. It’s one of a series I’ve done on ‘natural abstracts’.
The beach is on the Gower Peninsual in South Wales. A broad flat stretch of sand in a wide bay that attracts local surfers when the wind is right.
