Today’s Pictures: 18 June 20

A track though a forest on the Greek island of Thassos. Taken July 2015.

Trying to brighten the day for those people isolated indoors during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Constant rain today has meant we limited our walk to two and a half miles and arrived back home a little damp. So, the only pics I took were using my phone to record the fact that our entry point to the forest has become a watercourse – I’ll have to inform the Forestry Commission and our Local Authority, see if they can sort something out!

Our way into the forest; at present a somewhat damp path!
A windblown tree in the Yorkshire Dales. Taken in 2012.

As a result, I’ve had to use some of my pictures I have on file. If you get pleasure from this, please share it, so others can enjoy it, too. Thank you.

    1. It is, isn’t it, Meg? Blasted by the winter winds. (For some odd reason, WordPress has placed my responses under the wrong comments. No idea why!)

    1. True, Lynette. It would take some blaze to set fire to the forest at the moment!
And it’s raining again, this morning. But, promises of better weather to come.
